How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Send it to support@sendforge.app.

What is deleted

  • User profile data
  • Contacts and groups
  • Message history and drafts
  • Usage data associated with the account

What may remain

  • Billing and tax records where legally required
  • Minimal compliance data needed to satisfy legal obligations

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
