Refunds & cancellation

This page keeps the current refund logic but makes it easier to read: cancel any time, review delivery-based charges case-by-case, and contact support before escalating disputes.

- Delivery-based usage charges usually are not refundable once incurred.
Subscriptions
SendForge subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. You won’t be billed again unless you re-subscribe.
Refund review
New subscriptions can be reviewed within 14 days if you were charged in error or couldn’t access the service. Message-delivery fees are generally not refundable once messages have been sent.
