Core rules
- No spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, or unlawful content.
- You must have proper permission for outreach.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
Platform controls
- We may suspend or terminate risky or abusive accounts.
- Carriers and providers may filter, block, or delay messages.
- We may apply safety controls, caps, registration requirements, or restrictions.
Billing, liability, and legal structure
Paid plans authorize recurring charges until canceled. Usage-based fees tied to delivery are generally non-refundable once incurred. SendForge is provided “as is” and “as available,” and liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Governing law remains the State of Michigan.
