These terms govern SendForge Messaging, TabForge, related account services, and purchases made through SendForge.

Core rules
- No spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, or unlawful content.
- You must have proper permission for outreach.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
Platform controls
- We may suspend or terminate risky or abusive accounts.
- Carriers and providers may filter, block, or delay messages.
- We may apply safety controls, caps, registration requirements, or restrictions.
TabForge Pro and Private Sync
TabForge Pro costs $10 once and remains licensed to the purchasing account. A new Pro purchase includes 60 days of Private Sync. Private Sync then renews automatically for $5/month until canceled from Account. Canceling sync does not remove permanent Pro.
Cancellation and deletion
Cancel a renewing subscription from Account to stop future charges. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate: cancellation does not delete retained account or synchronized data. Use the verified account-deletion process when deletion is requested.
Billing, liability, and legal structure
Recurring plans authorize charges until canceled. Trial and renewal terms are shown before checkout and in Account. Usage-based fees tied to delivery are generally non-refundable once incurred. SendForge is provided “as is” and “as available,” and liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Governing law remains the State of Michigan.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create a SendForge account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@sendforge.app if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You may sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. Signing in with Google is optional and can be disconnected at any time without closing your SendForge account. How we handle data received through Google sign-in is described in our privacy policy.
What you keep, and what we license to you
Your content stays yours. Shortcuts, pages, layouts, notes, and messages you create belong to you. You grant SendForge only the permission needed to store, transmit, and display that content so the products can operate for you, including synchronizing it between your own signed-in devices when Private Sync is active.
SendForge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products. The software, branding, and site content remain the property of SendForge LLC. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the products, or use SendForge branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement we have not given.
Service availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may take the service offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice to affected account holders.
We may update these terms as the products change. The effective date above reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email or with an in-product notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the products after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the products at any time, cancel a renewing subscription from Account, or request deletion through our account-deletion process. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for other users or for carriers, or is required to be closed by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why.
